The Contract
All persons applying for Enkosini Eco

case of minors, a legal parent / guardian must sign an indemnity form. The
person or persons who have completed the forms are hereafter referred to as
the clients and/or applicants. The client agrees to be bound

Payment / Acceptance of Application
Once Enkosini
Eco Experience approves an online application, a provisional booking will be sent to the client via
e-mail. The client must then pay 50% of the
total fee to qualify for our programs (non-refundable, non-transferable,
non-changeable). Please note that while
provisional bookings are indications of project availability, volunteer
placements are only confirmed upon receipt of the 50% deposit. Airfare and other travel arrangements should only be
arranged after confirmation of a volunteer placement.
The balance of the program price is payable
in full 60 days
before date of departure (for the entire program schedule). If the balance is not paid by the due date, Enkosini
Eco Experience reserves the right to disqualify the applicant. If
an applicant applies 60 days or less before the start of the volunteer
program, then the full price is payable at time of application.
Cancellation / Change by Client
Any notification of cancellation must be in writing.
The date on which the letter is received by Enkosini Eco Experience or its
agents will determine the cancellation charges applicable. In the event of
cancellation the following charges apply: more than 60 days before
departure for entire program schedule (50%), less than 60 days before departure
for entire program schedule (100%).
In certain unique situations, when agreed
by all parties and to the benefit of the project (such as a change from
high season to low season dates), Enkosini may consider a date change
for a $200 change fee.
